Flexion, Extension and Compression Dysfunction

For this assessment you'll need a sturdy stool or seat where you can grab onto the seat part, as well as a dumbbell of 5-8 pounds. Once you have this equipment, follow-along with the video and as you do the tests and record your answers in the dynamic assessment form below the video. There are additional questions after all of the tests shown in the video are complete as well.
