How do I access my account?
To access your account, just follow these simple steps below:
1. Please visit the login page:
2. Log in using your email address and the password that was sent within your confirmation email.
Once you are logged in, you’ll instantly have access to the courses you bought.
I forgot my login details, what do I do?
You don’t need to worry, recovering your password is very easy!
All you need to do is follow these quick steps:
First go to the login page:
Then enter your email address and then click on "Forgot Password?"
After that, our system will automatically send you an e-mail with a link to reset your password.
If you don’t receive an email from us within 5 minutes, it is possible that it landed in your Junk/Spam mailbox, so please check those folders as well.
How do I download the files to my computer?
To download the files to your computer, the first thing you need to do is log in here using your login information.
Navigate to the Premium Courses area and click on the icon of the program you'd like to access:
If the course you bought is a Guided course, click on "Guided Course":
From there, click on the module you wish to download.
Once on the page, click on the "Downloads tab" and then right-click on each link on the list to download the files:
How do I download on an iPhone/iPad?
This can easily be done in a few quick steps:
1. Download and install Documents 6 by Readdle
2. The app comes with its own browser, so open it by tapping the button in the bottom right corner of the screen:
NOTE: Sometimes the position of this button differs from a device to another.
3. Visit the download page where the zip file exists and download it (there are some big files so I suggest you only download zip files when on wifi)
4. When the file is finished downloading, tap on it and it will open up and you can view all the videos right inside this app.
Attention, you will have to log into Precision Movement using this browser for it to work.
The program/course doesn't work for me. Can I get a refund?
