Courses Followed: ROM Coach and Strong For Life

I started Strong For Life training the other day.  I’m 69 and trying to get into some semblance of conditioning ten years after quitting karate and other sports.  Since then, I’ve only been walking.  I did try the local gym starting in November using their machines, but I don’t like the atmosphere.  However, I must admit that after 45 to 50 minutes of working out at the gym, I’d get home and dedicate an hour to just sitting and drinking water.  I couldn’t move.  I was fatigued.

The Strong For Life routine isn’t as taxing. While each individual routine very nicely works and fatigues the muscles being targeted for each routine, as a whole, I’m not worn out. Today, I added two sets of curls and pushups, but I’m still not wiped out like the gym was.
