Courses Followed: 20 Minute Mobility
I enjoyed the 20-minute format, which included a variety of exercises that changed each day but were repeated multiple times throughout the week. This approach allowed me to track my progress in several areas. As a swimmer and coach for both adult swimmers and triathletes, I understand that scapular mobility—particularly scapular elevation—is essential for the initial phase of freestyle swimming. Additionally, internal rotation and elbow mobility are also critical, all of which were addressed in the 20-minute mobility sequence. I’m simply trying to keep my 62-year-old body active.
