Based on your answers, extension is your #1 back killer.
This was determined through a fairly complicated weighted formula created based on different combinations of your answers,
What this means to you is that extension of the lumbar spine produces or aggravates your pain, which means that you may have stenosis, spondylolisthesis or a muscle strain, but regardless of the diagnosed condition, pain is provoked when your lumbar spine is in extension.
So your pain is likely produced when you're:
- Standing in one place for too long
- Walking (you may feel better walking hunched over)
- Doing exercises like back extensions
And unlike most back pain sufferers, you likely feel BETTER when you sit for a long time!
Because we know this, there are specific steps to take to eliminate and manage pain...
However, as I mentioned, this is V1 of the tool and before making further recommendations I'm going to review the data to make sure it's all legit.
