"I have purchased all of Eric's programs. It started with reoccurring lumbar back issues. When the back programs worked better than cortisone shots and physical therapy I decided that an at home library of therapy was a wise investment.

The lower limb program came out at a time in my life when I knew I had to do something to regain leg strength and control for aging. In younger years I skated, rode bicycles, skied and was very active and strong. Twenty years of intensely pursuing career had left me at a tipping point.

First of all let me say that I didn't follow the program exactly as prescribed. I took a lot more time with it. Instead of moving through phases I kept doing the old phases as well as the new phases. My body needed more time for activation. I'm still doing them twice a week the full set as a workout.

One of my other anti aging exercises is Tai Chi and lower limb has allowed me to be the best in my class and do some moves better than my teacher.

I believe that this program is one of Eric's best. The strength gains and ankle, knee mobility made me realize that time had robbed me of a lot but I could get it back without extreme workouts."

"Have had a blocked up ankle (in dorsi flexing) for as long as i can remember. The program has really helped and its nearly free moving now, which has changed the way I move in many respects (gait, squat, step ups etc) and has improved my knee and hip function (and pain).

I LOVE doing phase 1 after a day at work while chiliing at home or watching TV - it makes me feel so good (all over, not just lower limb!). I also do it with my little kids who love it.

Thanks Eric for this and the other courses you have created."

"Since starting the Lower Limb, I'm able to swim and walk pain free (without my rollator) for longer distances.

Right now, I'm preparing my lab for an Ultimate AirDog competition this weekend in Bradenton, Florida. I have to swim fast to train him in speed swimming. The following weekend, I'm hanging with some college kids I met at a recent dog 5k. We are swimming in Biscayne Bay at FIU in a .6 m, 1.2 m or 2.4m event.

Since I want to do the 2.4m, but am still injured, I'm really glad I invested in Lower Limb and Hip Control. It's enabling new found strength to do either of the shorter distances, depending on the ocean conditions. Thank you for the skilled coaching!"

"I am SO HAPPY that you developed the wonderful LLC program! Five years ago I injured a nerve in my right foot and haven’t been able to walk properly and especially rise onto my right toes since! I’ve seen 11 health professionals for treatment with no real help. I'm almost finished only my second week of your LLC program, and I can not only walk better, but I can rise up on my toes! TOTALLY AMAZING! YOU ROCK ERIC!"

"Lower Limb Control program is a complete program to integrate the exercises and become more aware of posture and movement during the day. I will teach some of the movements to patients which helps me to use what I learned daily. As with all of your programs this was excellent."

"I'm a competitive Ballroom, Latin dancer, dancing with a professional. With a ruptured PCL in my left knee (from 30 years ago), I realized that I had both protected it in unhelpful ways and needed to develop the muscles around the knee joint to get maximal use of what I could do within the physical and pain constraints. I'm only half way through the course, working on Phase 2 as it has been so beneficial - and with 2 small toddlers I'm limited in my time.

The introduction of the role of the metatarsals was transformational to my dancing. I spent time working in Phase 1 in implementing that in my dancing and then discovered good exercises for similar work in Phase 2! I am still trying to be aware of these as I move through all the 10 different dances in our competitions. It has provided better balance and greater power. I am looking forward to the next competition even more now! I'm so appreciative and will seek to move to Phase 3 shortly."

"Coach Eric, I got LLC because I was having ongoing ankle pain do to multiple sprains over the years. I have done a few of your courses so I knew the program would be great.

I started noticing results right away. The swelling in my ankle started going down within the first week. And now the swelling is completely gone and I have gained more strength and control in my ankle and lower limbs. I'm now able to hold my kicks better as well."

"I have found an overall ability to have greater control in the limb movements, a reduction in the knee pain and a reduction in the ankle pronation."

"My main reasons for taking the Lower Limb Control program was:

To improve the mobility and reduce the pain in my right knee which was injured playing rugby 40 years ago. To try to correct the excessive pronation in my left foot. Thirdly to improve my general strength to improve my racket sport performance.

I have found an overall ability to have greater control in the limb movements, a reduction in the knee pain and a reduction in the ankle pronation which is continuing to improve. I particularly liked the 4 down 1 up/1 down 4 up, Standing Dead Bug and Reverse Slide Lunge exercises."

"My assessments have improved overall and I am now about half an inch away from the wall with the kneeling test."

"As usual thoroughly enjoyed Lower Limb Control and always look forward to following along to Eric’s instructions. Keep that style and tone of delivery. It’s not overpowering loud or arrogant.

JM (Joint Mobility) & SMR (Self Myofascial Release) are a great start to mobilize and massage the areas. Not only prepares you but helps build up the exercise for that little extra ROM (range of motion) and prevent on over strain.

Very therapeutic as well which is always nice. Some clever alternatives as well ‘Standing Dead Bug’ which I liked. Twisting squat was very testing but what a great exercise to build up to. I'm not fully there yet but will certainly master if if I keep it up. That really works my abductors and further down to the knee. Deep squat circles is a great way to improve my plantar flexion.

My assessments have improved overall and I am now about half an inch away from the wall with the kneeling test. Like the flexed knee hip flexion & extension exercise. Good for working on getting that ankle to the butt without passive assistance of the hand.

Really works you hard with the added abduction of the hip to the side (standing flexed knee hip abduction) and great for the balance as well.

Good tip in respect of back against the wall for working Improvements in that deep squat plantar flexion. Keep the tips up Eric they are useful and inspire you to not give up and believe you will get there. Overall I have seen improvements in those areas where I was not initially achieving the expected ROM or balance duration times.

As above keep up the tips to assist on building up to those more difficult and challenging exercises and telling people that if you continue to work at consistently in time you will certainly improve if if you do not think you are initially. I certainly have and need to keep it up myself."

"I have ankle issues and my feet get sore from standing for a long time. Whilst my pain comes randomly being proactive to prevent injury is always a prudent move - hence me doing this program. I like the arsenal of new exercises I can use for me and for the swimmers I coach."

"Hello, I invested in the LLC course because I have already completed HFS and Hip Control. I feel like since I’ve already completed those 2 this was a missing piece to the puzzle of complete lower body function.

Also , my kids are in basketball leagues and wanted to help them strengthen their ankles after all the injuries they have had.

I loved the course , each phase got better, to be honest, the first phase was tough because they were such small movements it just got annoying, but I am one to push through, phase 3 was the best phase, incorporated everything and was enjoyable. I like the harder work.

I have learnt the lower anatomy which I am happy with and feel my balance is better. I skateboard in the summer so this will help a lot!

Thank you for this great course, looking forward to more."
