Discover the SOURCE of Your Low Back Pain

Follow along with this guided assessment to determine which 1 of 3 common root causes is the source of your LBP. 

Equipment Needed:

  1. A sturdy stool or chair where you can grab onto the seat part
  2. A 5-8 pound dumbbell or other weight i.e. 2 litre water bottle, shopping bag of 4-5 x 500 ml water bottles, etc. (be creative)

The time code is in the assessment questions below indicating when to pause the video and select your answer before continuing the video for the next question. There are also a few questions to do after you complete the tests shown in the video that you don't need the video for.
