THOUGHTS FROM PEOPLE
WHO FOLLOWED OUR METHODS

I found doing these back exercises shortens and decreases my episodes of pain, so I feel I have strengthened it. I do the basics several times a week.

In addition I have done the ROMs and now every day doing some of the posture exercises you have in your recommended library. I greatly appreciate these very helpful exercises, at this age I'm relatively limber and want to continue these for the rest of my life!

I think the most impactful exercise for me was the supine butterfly knee extensions., that awoke and scraped out things that I didn't know were there, and probably the source of most of my discomfort.

That being said, every exercise was super helpful and after a few weeks I could see the method to what we were doing. I'm still not perfect, but I'm discovering a lot of my issues are from forward head posture and I'm learning how to fix it.
