I just wanted to say that I am really impressed with the program, this was just what I needed to get back to it after I injured myself swimming, post lockdowns after quite a break from the sport.
Alas, I am no longer a teenager so what was initially Pes Anserine Bursitis from bad breaststroke technique then became an MCL tear when I went back to it too quickly without improving the technique.
