Strong, Stable, Pain-Free Knees

The Knee Pain Solution is a science-based, orthopaedic surgeon approved online program that fixes the root causes of knee pain for lasting relief. Whether your pain is related to patellar or quadriceps tendonitis, a torn meniscus or ACL, patellar tracking disorder, osteoarthritis, chondromalacia patellae, IT band syndrome and more, we’ve got you covered.

Fix root causes

The knees are often the victim of dysfunction at the hips, ankles and feet - we’ll restore proper function at all of these areas for lasting relief

Get back on your feet

Decreasing your pain and getting you moving as quickly as possible  is our top priority as getting you you up and moving will speed your recovery

Build resilience

Once your pain is minimal to gone, you’ll discover how to build resilience so your knee(s) can take whatever you throw at them

"AFTER 1 week I was already feeling better..."

I bought the program because I was having pain on the inside of my right knee. The pain had been there on and off for a couple of years e.g. after playing soccer with my kids without warming up, but during the last year, I was feeling pain almost every day and sometimes also during the night.

I had tried all kinds of exercises to strengthen the knee but nothing really helped with the pain. After 1 week of doing the program, I was already feeling better and my knee had stopped hurting at night. After 1 month I only occasionally felt pain in the knee and when I finished the pain was gone.

Scientifically validated to reduce pain and improve function and quality of life

We launched Version 1 of this program in 2020. We then updated it in 2021 and as part of the update, we ran a formal study with 50 participants based on the research validated Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS) questionnaire. The questionnaire was administered at the start, 6 and 12-week points.

The study underwent the peer-review process and was accepted for presentation at the 2021 Canadian Orthopaedic Association Annual Conference, with the abstract printed in The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery.

RESULTS: at the 6-week point, participants had significantly…

  • Decreased knee pain
  • Improved quality of life
  • Improved sports participation

These results persisted until the 12-week point indicating lasting changes even after the conclusion of the formal 8-week program providing evidence of the effectiveness of this online exercise program.

Feedback from some awesome customers

"I am recovering from a bucket tear meniscus followed by arthroscopic surgery to unfold it. I had many problems from the surgery and Coach E’s
in-depth explanations of what and why are so helpful in giving me the direction I need to address all the different issues that are standing in the way of my recovery. I’m loving it all!"

Laurie

"Thank you for the well-explained presentation! Dr. B addresses complicated concepts in a way that is clear and informative! Eric explains how to do the exercise well. He gives good cues with an awareness of common incorrect compensatory strategies used by many in a way that cautions against using such strategies!"

Christina

"I decided to invest in the courses due to an issue with both foot and knee pain. Although I have not been able to complete every exercise in either of the courses, I have noticed improvements in many areas. My knee pain and foot pain have decreased significantly and my balance is much better."

"I feel no pain and have recovered my range of motion..."

I just wanted to say that I am really impressed with the program, this was just what I needed to get back to it after I injured myself swimming, post lockdowns after quite a break from the sport.

Alas, I am no longer a teenager so what was initially Pes Anserine Bursitis from bad breaststroke technique then became an MCL tear when I went back to it too quickly without improving the technique.

Since following the program, I feel no pain and have recovered my range of motion and just need to build the strength a bit more but I have now even been able to do a few low impact HIIT sessions with no issues afterwards, but I’m taking it very steady so I don’t undo all the good work.

Frequently asked questions

What conditions will this program work for?

If you've been cleared by your doctor or you're otherwise ready to begin the program, know that the program will be beneficial for virtually every knee condition whether you’ve got patellar tendonitis, osteoarthritis, a torn meniscus or torn ACL and more.

The reason why is because the Knee Pain Solution fixes the root causes of most issues - poor tissue pliability, inactive and/or weak muscles, insufficient range of motion, muscular imbalances and poor motor control - and does so in a safe, progressive fashion.

Addressing these root causes results in a body that just works better and distributes the forces from movement across all of the available muscles and joints, decreasing wear and tear on any particular joint so it doesn't get overworked.

What equipment do I need?

This is the best part! You don’t need any fancy gym equipment, only a massage ball, foam roller, strength band and stability ball.

What’s the time investment?

Most routines take 20 minutes and require 4-6 days/week (your choice).

The Acute Pain Phase (pain level of 7+/10) is designed to quickly reduce pain and eliminate swelling and requires a short exercise routine of 10 minutes or less and other protocols performed 1-3 times/day (in this phase, the more frequent, the better).
