Eliminate foot and ankle pain and improve mobility for ultimate confidence with every step, stride and squat
The Foot and Ankle Pain Solution is an evolution of the program designed by Coach E used by 1,852 active people to fix issues like plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, shin splints, ankle instability and general pain and stiffness. Updates include new exercises, shorter workouts and an easier to follow program to get you better results in less time.
Revive dead muscles
The deep muscles of the foot and ankle are often asleep and weak but with our targeted exercises can be resurrected and perform the many critical jobs they’re designed for to keep you moving pain-free.
Lasting gains in range
Deficiency in key ranges of motion causes compensations and eventually pain and injury; our unique techniques give you lasting gains unlike the common methods most people already know.
Build stability and resilience
Your feet and ankles deal with big loads thousands of times a day and by following the Foot and Ankle Pain Solution every step will be stable and inspire the confidence that you can take them without fear.
my feet have gone from being practically frozen to much more mobile
"My knees, hips, and ankles feel 100x better than they did before finding Precision Movement. I have struggled a lot with a lot of foot pain. I feel like my feet have gone from being practically frozen to much more mobile and I continue many of the exercises to wake up my foot muscles and teach my brain to move my toes on a daily basis!
I’m so grateful to Coach E. I finally feel like I have found “the solution” and in a way that is doable, affordable and accessible. It’s the best feeling ever. Eric’s video tutorials and program videos are spot on!"

Restoring the Foundation is your first step to pain-free steps
The Foundation for Pain-Free Movement is built upon 4 Pillars. When one of these pillars is deficient your body compensates. Compensate long enough and your body will break down.
For example, if little-known muscles called the intrinsics are asleep or weak, all of the forces they’d normally absorb from every step must be absorbed from somewhere else. The somewhere else could be your achilles tendon, calf muscles or patellar tendon leading to breakdown of these areas as they’re doing more work than they should.
This often starts as a minor ache or pain that you “work through”, but when left unaddressed progresses to intense, debilitating pain that can eventually lead to serious damage to muscle, tendon, ligament and/or cartilage.
When you follow the Foot and Ankle Pain Solution and restore the 4 Pillars you are addressing the root causes that led to your issue in the first place.
This provides lasting results, unlike the common approaches of taking painkillers, stretching, massage and simple exercises.

Feedback from our awesome community
"I no longer suffer shin splints and also noticed I have a bad (previously unnoticed) habit of standing on the outsides of my feet which I now correct."
Karen
"This course really helps you to reconnect with your feet and to activate all the muscles that don’t quite work as they should. One of my ankles was a bit unstable and the bones could literally move from side to side due to weak ligaments…the exercises really did the trick to stabilize everything.”
Nik
"I discovered many restrictions in femoral and tibial rotation. I tried to search for help at the gym, from trainers, professional athletes, osteopaths, and physios but I wasn’t happy with the result. I can move pain-free and my feet are stronger now."

I feel more solid and stable when running and jumping and doing kicks.
"My knees and ankles were stiff and impacted my ability to do martial arts. I also had surgery to reattach my LCL on the right knee. I wanted to strengthen and improve the mobility of my knee after surgery so I can return to my martial arts.
My ankle and knee have improved incrementally. I feel more solid and stable when running and jumping and doing kicks. Because I am right side dominant, it seemed to improved better on that side instead of the left."

Frequently asked questions
This program will work for pretty much any condition of the feet and the ankles, whether it is plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, calf strain or shin splints, you name it.
And that's because it's based on restoring the fundamentals which I described above, and it integrates them into movement patterns that will transfer to sports or everyday living.
The short answer is yes, and there are two components to this. The first is you need to address the four pillars that I talk about above to improve your mobility and your function, then you're going to work on improving your active range of motion.
This program will progressively address all of the pillars and teach you techniques to specifically improve your end range of motion or your mobility so that you can achieve your goals to move freely and without paying for the long term.
All you need is a strength or resistance band and access to stairs, a stepper or something stable about 6-8” high that you can stand on.

Most routines take 20 minutes and the majority of the program requires you to do routines 4-6 days/week (your choice).
The Acute Pain Phase (pain level of 7+/10) requires a short exercise routine of under 10 minutes and other protocols for pain relief performed at least once a day and this phase lasts at most 2 weeks.
To progress through all of the phases will take approximately 3-4 months and you will make noticeable gains throughout.
If you’re not happy with the results you get or the program for any reason, email us at [email protected] within 1 year of purchase and we’ll refund your money no questions asked, no hassles. We're not happy unless you get results you're happy thrilled with.

My hip and ankle pain are almost completely resolved and my mobility significantly improved.
"Will continue working because I want to get stronger and continue improving my mobility.
Previously I had tried acupuncture, chiropractor, trigger point therapy for years with no long term improvement in my pain.
After 2+ month of working my hips, lower limb, spine I am finally pain-free and my mobility is 100% better.
I have tried many things over the past including acupuncture, chiropractor, trigger point therapy but nothing worked."
